I am very pleased with almost everything about the product. The construction is solid. The material looks and feels good. The only issue is that on first use of the receptacle(s), sometimes you can't insert the plug. It resists so firmly that you must use enormous effort and/or wiggle the plug.

After the internal contacts have been spread a time or two by plugging something in, it works fine; it's just that first time that can be so difficult. It doesn't happen with every receptacle (not even necessarily in the same pair.)
