This model is consistent with many of their "no bracket required" type kits. Note that the bulb required is a GU10 base, MR16 shape. The fixture is rated for up to 50W, but I will probably replace my 50W bulb with a 35W bulb at some point. Nice and warm and bright! Note: Do not insulate around the can. The unit is designed to reject its heat from the housing as well as the face plate.
