I ordered the motor on a Sunday night with overnight shipping when our A/C blower motor burned out, due to the heat here in South Texas, UPS didn't deliver until wed. Which means we lived in the heat for three days. After our HVAC Tech installed it he notice it wouldn't turn over. Turned out the internal windings were faulty. I filled out an exchange form and UPS picked it up that Thurs. Now here's where I got wowed. After looking at the tracking information, I wasn't suppose to receive it until Monday. Turns out I got it that Sat. I must say Amazon, I first considered you guys as another business out to make a buck, but you have prove to me that your customers come first. I now hold you to a much higher standard than anywhere else. Now for the motor, once in, I had it installed and it felt great to have A/C again. I had the same motor in our A/C before dying 5yrs later. I'm not too sure how long other motors will last but friends and family would replaced their motors after 2yrs. So I am very happy with the service and product. and wouldn't change a thing.
