E27 5w 12v 3000k~3500k Warm White LED Light Bulb Review

I bought one of the 6000k (white) and and four of the 3000's and they do what they're supposed to.

Keep in mind a couple things:
* These are 450 lumen output, about the same as a 40 watt incandescent bulb at home. Pretty bright for led bulbs, but still dimmer than a 60-100 watt bulb.
* They do not radiate in all directions... just the top hemisphere lights up. This is great for a ceiling fixture pointing down, but if you're using it in a table lamp, you're lighting the ceiling and not the book you're reading.
* The shipping cost is almost as much as the bulb, but even at $10 each, it's still much less than the competition. Ordered these on a Monday and got them on a Thursday (not bad...)
* The "temperature" of the bulb is an indication of how white they are. Go for a 6000k bulb if you are using it for a reading lamp. The 3000k-3500k bulbs give a "warm" light, not unlike an incandescent lamp.
* They are 12V, not 120V. I read a lot of reviews of other 12V lamps saying that they burned out right away... well, that happens when you use ten times the appropriate voltage. I'm using mine in a off-grid cabin which uses all 12v, so these should be just fine. I am using 48-led white truck taillights in the table lamps and they work great.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I'm waiting to see if they last.
So far, I'm glad I made the purchase.
==> Update: Installed all of them and ordered three more. Definitely better on the eyes than other "white" lights. These do not run very hot... can hold them in your hand after running for an hour. Upped the review to five stars.
