I totally bought 5 TWRVGF15W receptacles via Amazon few weeks ago. However, I found a defective one whose ground hole is without a contact brass slice inside, after a test by using a GFCI tester. I am worrying about the quality control of Cooper's "MADE IN CHINA" products, actually.
