This is a quality product. Built on a hefty aluminum base, that also serves as a heatsink. The LEDs are sealed in a silicon top layer. LEDs used appear to be an SMD3528 type. There are 60 LEDs and max power is 9.6 watts.

A really nice feature are the connectors at both ends, so they can be daisy-chained with additional lights. The connectors are standard LED connectors (also known as cctv type). So it's easy to add a 12 volt in-line dimmer, with on/off switch.

An easy way to light a smallish fish tank. At $25 they a little over-priced ($20 would be a better fit). Even illunimation with a very low power draw. The LEDs have a very long lifetime (approx 22.5 years). A quality product, that should last many years.
