Looking for a direct replacement bulb for the 20-35 watt Halogen MR16 GU5.6 bi-pin bulbs. Well, this is it, exact form factor as the MR16 Halogen so it will fit in any enclosure meant for the MR16. The light is 4000 degree color temp so it is just a little white of warm, but not the irritating blue of higher temp lights. The light pattern is narrow flood, about 25 degree spread, with the result of this light being as bright as a 35 watt full flood which has a 60 degree spread. I replaced Silver Bullet road lights (motorcycle) with these to reduce the power consumption from 40 watts to less than 14 with more light on the road. A great side benefit is the greatly reduced amount of heat generated vs the Halogen bulbs. These were 4 times as expensive as the halogen but will last pretty much for as long as I own the vehicle.
