I just installed this. It took all of 10 minutes to mount. It fits real easy in my small case, which a medium, but a little smaller. It clicked right into the open expansion slot, below the graphics card. My GTX 560 gets a little on the warm side when gaming, and even with liquid cooled cpu, it was running warm.
So right now, it's at idle, and the temps are a little cooler then before. My cpu, which is AMD Phenom Black 960T-6 cores,w/8 gigs ram, is at 33c. The mb is at 28c. So, I'm seeing about a 3 degree drop at idle so far. I will be gaming soon, so I'll see what happens then. I'm really not wanting to go with a seperate gpu cooler, if possible. I have 6 other case fans installed already. Looks like it's worth the $20.00! O' and the blue light is nice. I have a windowed case with lots of multi colored lights. Hey, what can I say, I like dazzle.
