I bought it because of a good reviews on different tech sites. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 Stars is that it has the universal mounting plate for Intel and AMD. When I was installing it on my Z77 ASRock Fatality Professional I found that H-shape AMD mount didn't fit the space between mainboard heat sinks. So I had to bend them with pliers.
-1 star for that: they could made different mounting plates for Intel and AMD.
