I'm giving this item 5 stars because it arrived undamaged and it is simply a neat and attractive switch plate that lived up to its description/image. Unlike some of the other ones on the market that I've had the misfortune of ordering, this design seems to be printed on the plate, not pasted or taped on like another one I ordered from a different seller. It came with 4 screws that were patterned like the switch plate. To note, the 4 screws seem to be painted to match up with a specific hole on the plate so look carefully at the design before screwing it in!
