I am using 28 of these with great results. they tend to take a little longer to come on than I would like but for the cost savings i am ok with that . They are surly not instant on bulbs. the are fully bright in 70* temp in about 30 seconds which works out fine for me. i needed these for custom fixtures so i really didn't have but 3 choices to run in my lamps and these are the best performing of the 3 I tried. good color too.
