Prime RV201801 RV/Mobile Home Adapter 3-Conductor STW 30-Amp Male to 15-Amp Female Review

I use this along with a standard outlet tester to check for proper wiring in the campground outlets. Makes a very reasonably priced 30 amp tester.

Product Description

The Pharox bulb is the first LED based light from Lemnis Lighting to offer light quality comparable to that of a traditional 40W light bulb. The Pharox bulb is 90% more energy efficient than an incandescent bulb, and is based on a breakthrough and patented technology that opens the lighting market to LED technology.

Pharox II Review

I had high hopes for this bulb because of the price and some reviews. I was very disappointed.

1. I don't know how they can say this is a 40W equivalent. Even a 25W incandescent bulb looked brighter when I compared the two side by side in the same style lamps.

2. The incandescent bulb had a significantly better color output. The LED bulb had a bit of a greenish cast to it and the light distribution was not as good. See the photo I uploaded.

3. These are very expensive bulbs. For the price, I expected much better.

4. The metal part of the bulb does get pretty warm.

5. At least these are better than the cheap-o ones at Walmart, but at a much higher cost.

See the photos I uploaded.

Genalex Gold Lion KT88 Quad

Product Description

In 1957 Marconi-Osram Valve Co. (Genalex) introduced the "King of Power Tubes", the legendary Gold Lion KT88. This tube became the heart and soul of such classics as the Dynaco Mark III, McIntosh MC275, and Marshall Major. Unfortunately, Genalex ceased tube production in the early 1980s and the Genalex Gold Lion KT88 has become very expensive and hard to find. After extensive research and engineering, New Sensor Corp. has reissued the famed Genalex Gold Lion KT88. This tube has been recreated down to the finest detail with gold plated grid wire, carbonized screen grids, and a tri-alloy clad plate structure for exceptional performance and sound quality. Each tube comes in the Factory Retail Genalex Gold Lion boxes. They will also all come with Factory Stickers featuring both Transconductance (Gm) and Current draw (Ip) readings for each tube to show "Platinum Factory Matching" of this Quad. We are a Factory authorized seller of these great tubes, so bid with confidence and own what is arguably the best sounding KT88 currently in production.

Genalex Gold Lion KT88 Quad Review

About eighteen months ago I purchased, from another vendor, two new matched, Genelux Gold Lion KT88 quad sets for my MFA-120 monoblock amps. Sonically these tubes were very good. However, over their short life, I have experienced significant reliability issues. With less than a couple hundred hours of use, the filament of one tube failed. So I ordered a matched pair of the same to replace the bad tube and saved one as a spare. At that point I had purchased ten tubes. About six months ago, another of the original set had a filament failure. I replaced it with the spare Gold Lion. A month ago I took out the KT88's and put in some older (well over a thousand hours) SED Winged C 6550 tubes I had used for many years, just to refresh what they sounded like. Today I decided to put the Gold Lion KT88's back in, and found that two tubes had white coating inside, indicative of vacuum leaks. So two more tubes from the original sets had failed. The manufacturing dates on the tubes were October 2010 and 2011. I used them for perhaps 400-500 hours since purchase. So while the sound is very good, a forty percent failure rate in a relatively short time is my experience. I cannot recommend these tubes.

Cooler Master 120mm Silent Sleeve Case Fan - (R4-S2S-12AK-GP) Review

This fan is really silent but it does not push much air, I mean for a 1200 rpm fan, it would not be able to push huge amounts anyway, but I found out it pushes even less than I thought. Otherwise, it is a decent fan.

Satco S75/034 LED Night Light with Photocell, Light Bulb Review

This was not what I thought it was & I ended up giving it away to someone I know who would have a better use of it than I would.
It's low on electricity & is good but not what I would use.
A good night light none-the-less so I still give it a fair honest rating.
