This isn't a compact fluorescent bulb, it's a cold cathode fluorescent bulb... (note the 3-5x longer lifespan, and that it's dimmable)... also the shape shown here isn't really like that (doesn't narrow so much, or maybe just that the half-sphere at the top is smaller...) But these bulbs are wonderful, they make a great porch light (just turn them on and forget about them, using a timer costs more for the timer than the electricity you'd save!)... these bulbs are compact, work outdoors down to about -20F (so good even in winter throughout most of the USA), don't attract most insects, and typically last for MANY years. Although the fan worked, and is as descirbed, Sunon measures fans differently than everyone else.

I needed a 25mm X 25mm X 10mm fan. That is what it my fan is, and comparing to sizes in local stores, that's what it is. This fan is MUCH smaller. apparently most companies measure across the fan blades for the 25mm size, where Sunon measures across the entire enclosure for that size, so it comes out MUCH MUCH smaller than required.

Still works, does what it should, but is measured differently. I would say compared to other manufacturers, this is more of a 20mm X 20mm fan.

This motor run capacitor was made in China and it seems to be everything it is supposed to be. It did take nearly a month to arrive (the shipping time was clearly explained) but the price was excellent and the part does what it says it does.
